About Me
I am Moon Johari resident of Shahjahanpur district U.P. is of 48 years. I am B.Sc with A.N.S.I. (Sugar –Tech) from National Sugar Institute of Kanpur. I did a job from 1985-1995 as a manufacturing chemist in the sugar factories of U.P. State Sugar Corporation Ltd. Lucknow. I am a research minded man and always want to do some new and, innovative in my life.
In 1995, I setup a research lab in Bareilly district U.P. under the name of Accurate Labs & Research Center. I do regular research for Sugar Industries with my technical staff.
Indian Sugar Industries are taking benefits by adopting to our research and developments and by using to our innovative patented chemicals like as IDEAL SEED BASE, NUCLEOLE MASSECUITE PASTE etc.
My many research papers related to sugar industry are published in sugar magazines. I have established a technology of Mini Refinery too, to produce extra fine sugar. Sugar Technologist Association of India has published my various articles in its quarterly printed magazine.
International Society of Sugar Cane Technologies (I.S.S.C.T.) Australia has accepted my two papers in its processing Workshop in Goa of India. I have given many lectures on
1. New Techniques for batter & quality production of sugar in Sugar Industries of India and of Abroad.
2. Improving steps for production of Plantation white sugar.
3. A rapid control on losses of sugar in sugar industries.
My book Techniques of new Sugar Technology is being printed, it will come in the market very soon.
About My Working
I am running various small scale industries. For example :-
1. Minar Products Regd office-New Friends Colony, Shahjahanpur, U.P.
Under this banner we manufacture ready made seeds to develop good quality of sugar crystals for sugar industry at international level. We supply these seeds to various sugar industries of India and of abroad.
These seeds are made by a new and innovative technology to develop sugar crystals for International quality of sugar.
2. Ranim Rasayan, 207-D, Civil lines, Bareilly, U.P.
Under this banner we manufacture fine process chemicals for Sugar Industries of India and of abroad.
3. Accurate Labs and research Center, Nakatia, Bareilly, U.P.
Here, I do regular research for sugar industries with my technical staff. Indian sugar Industries are taking benefits by adopting to our research and development techniques.
4. Accurate Engineering and Research Center, near R.T.O. office, NH-24, Bareilly, U.P.
Here we make and install newly designed machines for modern sugar industry. Though I am an educated man but still I feel myself as an illiterate man because the atmosphere in India is of more then 70% of illiterate people I personally feels very sad to see it and to note it.
Illiteracy is a curse in society, every man knows it well. A common man feels helpless or feels difficulty in solving the daily problems of life, because he is either illiterate or he is less educated .He wants to do a lot in his life for himself & for his dependents but since he has a limited knowledge so he feels shy and inferiority complex in solving to his problems of daily life. Due to impact of illiteracy in the society of rural areas of India, poverty generates rapidly.
On the other side mostly all the educated people are busy in there own business or in various services for generation of money for their daily needs. But due to short of time they also do not like to do such type of social services for the society or in surrounding rural areas. Though some educated people have such type of zeal to minimize illiteracy and poverty too but they are bound by there money and time expensing limits and with their family problems too.
After a long fight between the actual picture of society and my feelings I took a step to remove the illiteracy from India through my own contribution by fund and by time.
I made a network of teaching and social service staff in various states of India.
I provides primary education with social antiquates & human rights. In teaching to primary education I feel much difficulty because I start teaching to illiterate right from zero. Mostly children of rural areas get maximum benefit. They want to do study .I do maximum help to them who give me a positive response in studies and in other activities. I take care for them in future too. I run many primary schools in different areas too.
For my above various activities I received many awards from national and international personalities.
