Recently we have developed a new product for sugar industry which is a solution for instant preparation of Seed Slurry which is used in sugar industry during the process of sugar production.

We are manufacturing and supplying a ready made product under the trade and patented name of Nucleole Massecuite Paste (Seed Slurry Paste) for preparation of instant Seed Slurry. Details about Nucleole Massecuite Paste(Seed Slurry Paste) are as below:-

    General
    IN sugar industries, prepared seed slurry contains sugar crystals of various size from 3 to 30 microns and agglomerates of sugar crystals due to certain amount of water in it .This results in production of massecuites of irregular size of sugar crystals.

    Now seed slurry is available in the market with different names, but to transport it from one place to another place is very-very difficult due to sinking problem of sugar seed in the medium . On the economical point of view it is costly too.

    Nucleole Massecuite Paste is prepared in such a manner to produce regular grains of sugar of 3 to 4 microns strictly in size having a regularity of 95% on plus side. many sugar plants of abroad are using to it.

    Nucleole Massecuite Paste(Seed Slurry Paste):

    It is prepared by an imported technology based technique, in a machine designed by a special technology which gives 95 to 98% uniform grains size in paste it is prepared with the help of additive chemicals having high purity and low solubility of sugar ,hence it prevents agglomerations.

    Technical Informations:

    Colour :White paste of sugar crystals having 3 to 4 microns grain size, 95% on plus side.
    Av.Crystal Size: 3 to 4 microns 95 to 98% (All regular in shape).
    Solubility: Sugar part is miscible in water at any ratio. It is a concentrated high purity material.
    Storage: Unlimited under normal conditions because oil separating layer is present between two sugar crystals.

    Packing:In tubes/containers of:-
    • 500gms to prepare 1kg instant Seed Slurry
    • 1.0kg to prepare 2kg instant Seed Slurry
    • 2.0kg to prepare 4kg instant Seed Slurry
    • 2.5kg to prepare 5kg instant Seed Slurry

    Medium: Best medium to prepare instant seed slurry from Nucleole Massecuite Paste is Alcohol/Sulphured Syrup(of normal temperature)which is an intermediate product of Sugar Industry Syrup is a super saturated solution so further sugar part either will not be dissolved in it or will dissolve in very low quantity.

    Dosage: The quantity of Nucleole Massecuite Paste required as below
    • (A)Approx.500gms by weight is required to prepare 1kg ready made seed slurry.
    • And 25 to 30 gms/ton for C-Massecuite & 30 to 35 gms/ton for B- Massecuite is required as a ready made seed slurry
